Head Teacher Message
Dear Parents and Carers
I end this term by sharing photos of the work going on in school in preparation for our new modular village, and the exciting 3D visualisations showing how the buildings will look once completed. The modular buildings are due at the end of July, but we are having regular meetings and are pushing for the end of June, so watch this space!
Best wishes
Andy Perry

Announcements
We have had concerns from the community that students are riding their bikes irresponsibly and dropping litter around the Boleyn Close area. Please talk to your young person about being safe and responsible when cycling.
Ahead of the Easter break we have been asked by Network Rail to remind parents and carers about the dangers of the railway network and how we can all stay safe.
They have issued the below communication and urge parents and carers to watch this video that tells the story of Harrison Ballantyne who tragically lost his life when he was electrocuted by overhead power cables after straying into a rail freight depot to retrieve a lost football.
Please share these safety messages with your young person.

Well done to our Year 7 netball team who beat Aylesford 20-18 in a narrowly fought Mid Warwickshire Plate Final this week. They had played Aylesford earlier in the season and had lost quite convincingly so it was great to see how well the team had progressed.
Congratulations also to our Year 8 girls’ sportshall athletics team who represented the area in the Coventry, Solihull & Warwickshire School Games Finals this week. They performed exceptionally well as a team and won team bronze.
Congratulations to our Year 10 and Year 11 football teams on reaching the District Shield Finals! They are playing their matches on Wednesday 10 April at Central Ajax FC (Year 10 final at 4.00pm and Year 11 final at 6.00pm). Come along and show your support!
Well done too to our U16 girls’ football team who have also reached the final of the District Cup. Details of the match fixture to follow!
